Job summary
AMN Healthcare is seeking a Gastroenterology Physician for locum tenens support in Wisconsin. The assignment includes outpatient GI procedures with 8:00 AM - 3:30/4:00 PM hours and 24/7 call on assigned dates.
Credentialing is 60-90 days; Active Wisconsin medical license and Board Certification are required; ACLS certification is required; Epic EMR is used for documentation, and providers receive competitive compensation and travel/lodging arrangements.
Qualifications
- Wisconsin license required for practice.
- Board certification in gastroenterology is mandatory.
- ACLS certification is required.
Responsibilities
- Outpatient GI procedures with 8:00 AM - 3:30/4:00 PM hours and 24/7 call on assigned dates.
- Inpatient and outpatient GI coverage with call responsibilities.
- Manage 15-18 GI scopes per day and 2-3 GI patients inpatient.
- Credentialing timeframe of 60-90 days.
