Job summary

Indiana University Health is recruiting an Advanced Gastroenterologist to join a highly skilled team in Muncie, Indiana. The role supports 95% at Ball Memorial Hospital and 5% outreach, with a Monday-Friday schedule and a balance of inpatient and outpatient work.

The candidate will teach residents, participate in conferences, and perform advanced endoscopic procedures including ERCP/EUS and stent placements. Board eligibility or certification is required; Indiana license or eligibility is needed.

Qualifications

• Board eligibility or board certification in gastroenterology.
• Medical degree or foreign equivalent with training in Internal Medicine.
• Fellowship training in Advanced Gastroenterology required.

Responsibilities

• Teach residents and participate in academic activities.
• Perform advanced endoscopic procedures including ERCP/EUS and stent placements.
• Manage a mix of inpatient and outpatient care with on-call duties.
