  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in your respective specialty.
  • Active Medical License in the state (or in process).
  • 0-5 years of experience in your specialty, with a focus on direct patient care in inpatient or outpatient settings.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Comfortable working independently and handling complex clinical cases.
  • Clean malpractice history and no significant disciplinary actions.
  • Proficient with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive care to patients within your specialty (inpatient and/or outpatient).
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including taking medical histories, performing physical exams, and ordering diagnostic tests.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient conditions and needs.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
