Qualifications

• Graduate of a nationally recognized Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner training program.
• NC licensed – required.
• Two–Three years of Gastroenterology experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care with accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage GI patients within scope of practice.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with patients, physicians, colleagues, and external partners through clear communication.
• Maintain an efficient patient schedule while delivering quality care and meeting productivity expectations.
• Ensure accurate documentation, coding, and appropriate utilization of medical supplies and consultations.
