Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 3 years RN experience.
• Current Texas RN license.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Trains, onboards, and mentors Nurses, MAs, and APPs.
• Conducts 90‑day performance evaluations and action plans.
• Monitors staffing, schedules, and payroll submissions.
• Oversees clinic operations, patient access, and scheduling.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
• Leads weekly team huddles and performance reviews.
