Job summary

QuarterLine (QL), a Planned Systems International (PSI) Company, seeks an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (Gastroenterology) at Fort Hood Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center and local locations. You will evaluate patients, develop GI care plans, and coordinate with physicians and care teams.

The ideal candidate has strong clinical judgment and recent GI experience, with ability to work in outpatient and inpatient settings, and to meet privileging and onboarding requirements.

Qualifications

• US Citizen required.
• Master’s in nursing (MSN) or Doctorate in nursing (DNP). Accredited program.
• Active APRN license and national nurse practitioner certification.
• Minimum three years of post-graduation experience, within last four years.
• Experience in FNP/ACPCNP/AGACNP with GI care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prescribe and treat GI diseases in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Perform examinations and order labs, X-rays, and procedures.
• Develop and implement GI care plans with physicians.
• Document patient encounters per CRDAMC MTF policies.
• Provide emergency coverage in physician absence when needed.
