GI Alliance is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) to join our Radiation Oncology team. The APP will perform comprehensive assessments, manage radiation therapy processes, and coordinate survivorship care within a multidisciplinary setting.
The role emphasizes autonomous clinical decision-making, patient education, and collaboration with physicians, nurses, therapists, and dosimetrists to optimize outcomes.
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Advanced Practice Provider (APP), either a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP), to join our multidisciplinary Radiation Oncology team. This role is integral to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care across the continuum of radiation therapy and radiopharmaceutical therapy. The APP will work collaboratively with radiation oncologists, physicians, nurses, radiation therapists, and theranostics team, and other healthcare professionals while maintaining the ability to assess, manage, and coordinate patient care. This position will have a strong focus on clinical assessment, treatment management, survivorship, symptom management, and theranostics care coordination.
This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in the delivery and expansion of advanced cancer care. The APP will work at the intersection of Radiation Oncology and Theranostics, helping guide patients through complex treatments while contributing to the development of innovative, coordinated care models. The ideal candidate is compassionate, clinically strong, collaborative, and excited about the future of precision oncology and radiopharmaceutical therapies.
Every decision we make is anchored in strengthening patient care. Our physicians lead with a commitment to quality, access, and outcomes, and our shared infrastructure ensures they have the tools, data, and support to continually elevate care in every community we serve.
Our model is built on physician leadership. Through our Physician Executive Committee, Regional Clinical Governance Boards, and Local Head Physicians, clinical decision-making remains with those who deliver care. This physician-led structure, supported by national-scale resources, preserves autonomy while strengthening specialty excellence.
Instead of a traditional management model, we operate as a Management Services Organization (MSO). Our national infrastructure, which includes analytics, technology, revenue cycle, compliance, and operational support, reduces administrative burden so physicians can devote their time and expertise to patients. We enable, we support, and we align. We do not manage.
Our leadership is driven by the measurable value we deliver to physicians, practices, and patients. Our partnership-first approach, combined with data insights and operational strength, has fueled significant clinical, operational, and practice growth. As more top-tier physicians join our specialty-led ecosystem, we continue to expand access and raise the standard of specialty-care nationwide.
The Specialty Alliance is a physician-led Management Services Organization (MSO) that supports leading specialty practices with national-scale infrastructure, data, and resources. Our partnership model preserves clinical autonomy while enabling responsible growth and high-quality specialty care nationwide.
