Qualifications

• Active licensure required and must maintain licensure.
• Membership in the state and/or national SGNA recommended.
• Demonstrate initiative, insight, and judgment in making decisions.

Responsibilities

• Gather focused assessment data (i.e. vital signs, LOC).
• Administer medications as prescribed. LPN will NOT administer any IV medications.
• Perform IV insertion as applicable.
