Job summary

Mercy Gastroenterology in Washington, MO is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible GI Hospitalist to join Mercy Hospital Washington. This hybrid role combines inpatient hospital medicine with outpatient endoscopy, supported by a capable nursing staff and a state-of-the-art Endoscopy Unit.

Offer includes a 7 on/7 off block, 12-hour in-house shifts plus call, day-one benefits, relocation support, PSLF eligibility, H1-B sponsorship, and a modern Epic EMR with DAX Copilot.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible GI Hospitalist required.
• Experience in hospitalist and endoscopy environments preferred.
• Knowledge of EPIC EMR systems advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient GI hospitalist care at Mercy Hospital Washington.
• Participate in outpatient endoscopy services.
• Collaborate with nursing and support staff to ensure quality patient care.
• Utilize EPIC EMR; operate in a 12-hour on-call structure.
