Dignity Health's Pacific Central Coast Health Centers seeks a Gastroenterology Advanced Practice Provider to deliver comprehensive primary care to adults and children, managing acute and chronic conditions and promoting wellness.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will perform assessments, histories, exams, and coordinate care with physicians, order labs/imaging, and counsel patients on prognosis and options, with credentialing to treat diverse patients.

Qualificações

• Advanced training in physical assessment and pharmacology.
• Continuing education in field of practice.
• CA-PA credential (CA PA)

Responsabilidades

• Perform clinical assessments and patient care.
• Take patient histories and conduct physical examinations.
• Order laboratories and imaging as appropriate.
• Request blood draws and tests as indicated.
• Counsel patients and families on health promotion, prognosis and management.
• Make comprehensive referrals as required.
