CommonSpirit Health in Longmont, CO is seeking a Gastroenterology APP to deliver specialized GI care within a collaborative clinic environment. You will work with physician partners to ensure safe testing and a comprehensive plan of care for patients.

As an APP, you will provide direct patient care, participate in multidisciplinary teams, and pursue ongoing education. Competitive base salary of $152,345 with a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, CME funds, and 401(k) matching support work-life

Qualifications

Master’s degree in nursing as Nurse Practitioner or equivalent with state APN registry listing.
Master’s degree in Physician Assistant program with NCCPA certification and Colorado license.
BLS and ACLS certifications required by American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive direct patient care including exams, test interpretation, care plans, orders and prescriptions, admissions, discharges, and referrals.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families on health problems, treatment plans, self-care, and prevention.
Maintain meticulous documentation of all patient interactions in charts and records.
