Job summary

MEDICORP INC in Southwestern Louisiana invites a gastroenterologist to join a hospital-employed, full-time team within a growing health system.

You’ll work with 3 gastroenterologists, 3 NPs, and 1 PA; ERCP training preferred, EUS capabilities available, Epic EMR. Call 1:4; clinic volume 16-20 per physician.

• See clinic patients and perform endoscopic procedures as needed.

Gastroenterology – Southwestern Louisiana

• Hospital-employed full-time position with an established health system
• Competitive base salary offered plus wRVU-based production incentives – to be discussed with employer directly
• Join a team of 3 Gastroenterologists, 3 Nurse Practitioners, and 1 Physician Assistant
• Call schedule is 1:4
• Clinic volume averages 16 – 20 patients daily per physician
• ERCP training preferred – EUS capabilities available, if desired
• EMR: Epic
• Practice infrastructure includes 6 endoscopy suites, EUS capabilities, and preferred ERCP training
• Strong internal referral base with direct access to over 50 employed primary care providers
