Jackson Physician Search is seeking a GI physician in Washington for a role combining procedural GI and clinic work. The practice features a robust team of 8 GIs and 6 APPs with advanced GI, hepatology and motility backup, enabling a strong support system from day one.

The compensation package includes a guaranteed Year 1 total of $667,800 (base $620K, $40K sign-on, $7.8K stipend), plus RVU bonuses and a partnership track in a physician-owned group.

Responsibilities

• Perform GI procedures (about 70% of the schedule).
• Provide clinic-based patient care (about 30% of the schedule).
• On-call: 1:8 with no admissions and strong hospitalist support.
