Job Overview

Leading nonprofit healthcare system is looking for an Outpatient Gastroenterologist to join its growing team in the Corpus Christi, TX area. The organization has more than 800 physicians and a robust practice network across Northeast Texas.

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed salary of $650,000 per annum for the first two years
• Annual RVU threshold of 5,200 RVUs with additional compensation of $68.50 per RVU above the threshold
• Optional production and quality bonuses, as well as quarterly incentive opportunities
• Sign‑on bonus: up to $75,000 with a 3‑year agreement or up to $50,000 with a 2‑year agreement
