Job summary

Gastro Health in Frederick, MD is seeking a gastroenterologist to join a collegial team on a balanced weekly schedule with no ER call. The position supports 3 physicians with 2 APPs, 2 office days and 3 endoscopy days, and hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM in the office and 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM for endoscopy.

The compensation includes a base salary of $400k–$450k with RVU-based incentives, along with a fellowship stipend, a clear partnership track with no buy-in, and comprehensive benefits including

Responsibilities

• Provide consult-only gastroenterology services with no ER call
• Share call rotation for evenings and weekends among physicians
• Work a balanced weekly schedule: two office days and three endoscopy days
• Office hours 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; Endoscopy 7:30 AM–3:00 PM
• Join a modern ASC (Frederick Surgical Center) with advanced services

About The Opportunity
