Job summary

Workforce Recruiter is seeking a Gastroenterologist Physician to join our team in 2028. The role combines outpatient clinics with endoscopy, including ERCP and capsule endoscopy, in a collaborative clinical setting with colleagues and advanced practice providers.

The ideal candidate will have completed a gastroenterology fellowship, be board certified or eligible, and hold Georgia licensure or participate in IMLC. EUS experience is preferred and involvement in teaching is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Completion or near completion of a gastroenterology fellowship.
• Board certified or board certification eligible; certification within five years if not yet certified.
• Must hold or be eligible for Georgia Medical License or participate in Interstate Medical Licensure Compact.
• Experience with EUS procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures: ERCP, colonoscopy, upper endoscopy, capsule endoscopy.
• Split weekly duties between outpatient clinic consultations and endoscopy procedures.
• Participate in a shared call schedule with one week of call per month and extra compensation for additional duties.
• Engage in teaching activities with medical students and residents, with mentorship opportunities.
