Qualifications

• Completion or near completion of gastroenterology fellowship.
• Board certified or board certification eligible, with certification to be obtained within five years if not already certified.
• Must hold or be eligible for a Georgia Medical License or participate in the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact.
• Experience with EUS procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures including ERCP, colonoscopy, upper endoscopy, and capsule endoscopy.
• Split weekly duties between outpatient clinic consultations and endoscopy procedures.
• Participate in a shared call schedule with one week of call per month and additional compensation for extra calls.
• Engage in teaching activities with medical students and residents.
