Gastro Health in Chelmsford, MA, a private GI practice with 4 physicians and 5 APPs, offers a balanced schedule, robust clinical resources, and a clear path to partnership with no required buy-in. The team operates at a single Chelmsford site with strong referral support and modern facilities.

The opportunity includes generous compensation: base salary guarantees of $500,000–$550,000 with RVU incentives, plus a path to ownership and additional income streams.

Responsabilités

• Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Endoscopy hours: 7:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
• Single-site practice: All clinic work based in Chelmsford; no travel between locations
• Office visits: ~24 patients per day
• Procedures: ~14 cases per day
• Well-defined call rotation: 1:14 shared call / inpatient service line at one hospital only
• Ancillaries & Clinical Resources: infusion services, pathology, clinical laboratory, FibroScan, diagnostic ultrasound, breath testing, PillCam, anorectal & esophageal manometry
• Clinical research program with opportunities for physician participation
