Job summary

Summa Health in Akron, Ohio is seeking Gastroenterologists to join our multi-specialty group. Board certified/eligible physicians are welcome, with potential Medical Directorship for qualified candidates.

Employed position includes competitive compensation, benefits, signing bonus, loan assistance, relocation and CME allowance. The role supports the Medicine Department with residents and students, includes on-site imaging, anesthesia support, and direct colonoscopy scheduling.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Gastroenterology.
• Unrestricted Ohio License or willingness to obtain.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to quality care in a patient centered, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct scheduling of colonoscopy.

• Epic EMR utilization for documentation and scheduling.
