Job summary

Unio Health Partners is seeking a Physician/Gastroenterologist to provide comprehensive GI care across the California region. You will diagnose, treat, and manage digestive diseases, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with referring physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The role requires board certification or eligibility in Gastroenterology, a California medical license, a residency in Gastroenterology, a current DEA license, and at least 3 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Residency in Gastroenterology completed.
• Board certification or eligibility in Gastroenterology required.
• Current California Physician License.
• Current DEA license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose or treat digestive and gastrointestinal diseases and disorders.
• Document or review patients' histories.
• Order and interpret the results of diagnostic tests.
• Perform diagnostic procedures, such as endoscopies, colonoscopies, and biopsies.
• Examine patients using equipment to determine the nature and extent of disorder or injury.
• Prescribe or administer medications and treatments to patients.
