Qualifications

• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services for gastrointestinal disorders.
• Manage a high-volume clinical practice, coordinating longitudinal care.
• Work alongside surgical and primary care teams.

Skills

Board Certified or Board Eligible

Strong communication skills

Experience with EPIC EMR

Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
