Job description

Join Providence Medical Group and Providence Hospital Eureka as a board-certified or board-eligible Gastroenterologist, as part of a talented, well-trained, compassionate team of providers in Eureka, California. This is a great opportunity to join a growing GI group that currently offers ERCP. The hospital is a regional medical center that provides comprehensive cancer care, is designated as a Level III Trauma center, and is the sponsor of a Family Medicine residency program.

Responsibilities

• Perform and manage ERCP procedures.
• Collaborate with general surgeons who perform bowel resections, fundoplication, Whipple, and laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
• Provide endoscopic ultrasound training and develop a local EUS practice.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible Gastroenterologist.

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group.
