Job summary

University Hospitals in the Beachwood/Greater Cleveland area is seeking a general gastroenterologist to deliver comprehensive digestive health care across inpatient consults, general endoscopy (urgent and elective), and ambulatory office visits. Coverage at Geauga Medical Center is included.

The role joins the UH Digestive Health Institute, working with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient-centered care, teaching, and program development while upholding UH’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Excellent clinical and teaching skills are required.
• Board-certified or Board-eligible Gastroenterologist.
• Active Ohio Medical License in good standing upon effective date of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide digestive disease care to the community across inpatient consults, general endoscopy (urgent and elective), and ambulatory office hours.
• Provide coverage at Geauga Medical Center.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within the Digestive Health Institute.
