Responsibilities

• Order and perform diagnostic tests to identify GI conditions.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to patients' needs.
• Collaborate with primary care physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Review and analyze patients' medical histories for accurate diagnosis and continuity of care.
• Work with specialists such as oncologists in complex or cancer-related cases.
• Carry out endoscopic and colonoscopic procedures to examine internal organs.
• Utilize diagnostic imaging techniques (X-rays, MRI, ultrasound).
• Perform surgical interventions within the digestive tract when necessary.
