Job summary

Community Physician Network is seeking a BE/BC Gastroenterologist to join our hospital-employed group at Community Hospital Anderson, located just 30 minutes north of Indianapolis. The role offers a collaborative atmosphere with engaged partners, 1:5 call, and weekday rounding with PA/NP coverage.

The practice includes ERCP, cholangioscopy, EUS, capsule endoscopy, EMR and RF ablation, and the affiliation with MD Anderson Cancer Network® enhances comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/Board-eligible in Gastroenterology and eligible for medical licensure in Indiana.
• BE/BC in Gastroenterology.
• Ability to perform conscious sedation for OP cases.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Indiana.
• Desire to function in a highly collaborative atmosphere.
• Consistent and consecutive employment and training history.
• Excellent communication skills fostering collaboration with all members of care team.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians.

Responsibilities

• Block procedure time at dedicated endoscopy center.
• Shared call with 1:5 call schedule.
• PA/NP coverage with weekday rounding.
• Practice provides ERCP, cholangioscopy, EUS, capsule endoscopy, EMR and RF ablation services.
• Affiliation with MD Anderson Cancer Network®.

Education
