HealthYes Staffing Network seeks a Gastroenterologist for a hospital-employed role in coastal Southern California, based in Carlsbad.

The position offers a guaranteed $970,000 base salary with productivity/wRVU compensation, up to $100,000 sign-on and relocation, and a balanced outpatient, endoscopy, and inpatient schedule in the San Diego market.

Candidates must have MD/DO, GI fellowship, CA licensure eligibility, and visa sponsorship is available for qualified physicians.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Accredited Internal Medicine residency
• Gastroenterology fellowship training
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
• Eligible for California medical licensure

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat adult gastrointestinal conditions
• Provide outpatient specialty consultations
• Perform colonoscopy, upper endoscopy, and therapeutic procedures
• Provide inpatient gastrointestinal consultations
• Manage inflammatory bowel disease
• Treat hepatology and liver-related conditions
• Evaluate gastrointestinal bleeding
• Manage pancreaticobiliary disorders
• Coordinate care with hospitalists, surgeons, oncologists, APPs, nurses, and referring clinicians
• Support clinical quality and patient safety
