Gastroenterologist

Location: Casper, WY

The Staff Pad has partnered with a physician‑led, private equity‑backed gastroenterology group to hire Gastroenterologists in Casper, Wyoming. This established practice offers both hospitalist and clinic/ASC opportunities with flexible scheduling and exceptional earning potential. It is an excellent opportunity to join a growing GI platform with strong operational support, a collaborative physician culture, and access to a wholly owned ambulatory surgery center.

Position Highlights

• Hospitalist and outpatient/ASC roles available
• Flexible scheduling (7 on / 7 off preferred for hospitalist roles)
• Bread‑and‑butter gastroenterology; ERCP welcomed
• Wholly owned ASC plus hospital coverage
• Dedicated Medical Assistant support
• Limited travel to satellite clinics (minimal overnight travel)

Schedule & Call

• Clinic: 1 day or 2 half‑days per week
• ASC: 2–3 days per week
• Admin time available (remote‑capable)
• Call schedule 1:4

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary $600,000–$700,000/yr
• Annual signing/retention bonuses up to $50,000
• Productivity‑based compensation (50% of collections above base)
• Income potential $650K–$1M+
