US Digestive Health (USDH), one of the largest GI specialty groups in the nation, is seeking a Gastroenterologist to join our physician-led private practice in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. • First-year compensation of $500,000+ including incentives.

• Flexible partnership track with partner earnings targeted at $650,000-$700,000.

• 60-70% procedures, 15-20% inpatient rounding, and 15-20% office visits.

• Strong APP team allows physicians to focus on procedural care.

• Typical ASC schedule of 7:30 AM to 3:00-3:30 PM with 13-15 procedures per day.

• Practice across two ASCs, two office locations, and three hospital partners, all within 15 minutes of one another.

• Call schedule consists of just 8-9 weekends and 10-12 weekday nights annually, with a post-call day off after every assignment.

• Opportunities to develop subspecialty interests including hepatology and advanced GI services.
