Mercy Hospital Springfield seeks a BC/BE gastroenterologist to join an established GI program on campus. This hospital-employed role offers a four-day work week with predictable scheduling and a favorable call structure supported by APPs.

There is immediate demand and potential for advanced GI procedures within a robust regional network. The package includes a $750k guarantee plus a $100k bonus, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, CME, and strong professional liability coverage.

Qualifications

• BC/BE gastroenterologist with strong clinical skills.
• Fellowship-trained in gastroenterology is preferred.
• Experience with endoscopy and advanced GI procedures is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Join a hospital-employed GI program with an on-campus clinic and endoscopy center.
• Share equal call and endoscopy time with strong cross-coverage support.
• Provide comprehensive GI care and perform advanced procedures (RFA, capsule endoscopy, BRAVO, Manometry, ERCP, EUS, TIF).
