HealthYes Staffing Network is recruiting a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist for a permanent opportunity in West Chester, PA. The role offers a $940,000 guaranteed base salary with productivity incentives, an outpatient-forward schedule, and robust clinical support, including endoscopy resources and APP support.

There is up to an $85,000 combined sign-on and relocation package, with visa sponsorship available and access to comprehensive benefits and PSLF-eligible employment.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Internal Medicine residency training.
• Gastroenterology fellowship training.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology.
• Eligible for Pennsylvania medical licensure.
• ERCP experience welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage adult gastrointestinal disorders.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy.
• Provide outpatient consultations and follow-up care.
• Diagnose and manage inflammatory bowel disease.
• Treat hepatology and liver-related conditions.
• Manage gastrointestinal bleeding and cancers.
• Provide pancreaticobiliary evaluation.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses, surgeons, hospitalists, and referring providers.
• Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in quality and patient-safety initiatives.

HealthYes Staffing Network is recruiting a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist for a permanent opportunity with an expanding hospital-employed gastroenterology program in West Chester, Pennsylvania.

The position offers a $940,000 guaranteed base salary, additional productivity and wRVU incentives, an outpatient-forward schedule, experienced clinical support, and access to the greater Philadelphia region.

Practice Structure

The physician’s schedule may be designed around:

• Three outpatient clinic days
• Two procedure-focused days
• Inpatient consultation through a shared rotation
• Protected time for documentation and care coordination
• Shared coverage responsibilities

Final scheduling details will be personalized according to the physician’s clinical interests and the program’s needs.
