The Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Mayo Clinic in Rochester is seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Gastroenterologists interested in pursuing exemplary clinical care, research, and/or education in a leading academic multi‑specialty practice. The division has a long history of innovation in clinical practice, research, education, and procedural arenas that have positively impacted many patients’ lives and led to ground‑breaking discoveries. Physicians and physician‑scientists with a background of excellence and innovation in research, clinical care and/or education (including education research) are encouraged to apply. License/Certification: Candidates must be board‑certified or board‑eligible in Gastroenterology and be eligible for a Minnesota medical license.
The minimum starting salary for medical specialties may range from $208,000 to $708,168. This range reflects full‑time total base compensation prior to consideration of additional experience or duties. Pay for the selected candidate will vary based on specialty, experience, FTE, internal equity, or external market data.
