• Partnership Track after 1 year joining private practice or hospital affiliated practice employment option

• Shared call (1:3 or better) supporting excellent work-life balance
• Dedicated endoscopy time with experienced support staff and efficient turnover. Clinic is in a shared building with the endoscopy center, plus additional endoscopy suites at Memorial Medical Center.
• Collaborative environment with established GI physicians in the community
• Hospital support for program growth, including service line development and recruitment.

Procedures and Support:

• ERCP preferred but not required
• Access to endoscopy suites and hospital resources
