Job summary

GastroMed, LLC. in the Miami area is an independent, physician-owned gastroenterology practice with 13 physicians and growing, offering a competitive base salary with bonus structure.

We are seeking a board-certified or eligible gastroenterologist with GI residency training to diagnose and treat digestive conditions, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and participate in a 3-year partnership track with buy-in options.

Qualifications

• Medical degree and Gastroenterology residency training.
• Board certification or eligibility in Gastroenterology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• No ERCP experience necessary.

Job description

GastroMed is comprised of board-certified gastroenterologists, with decades of experience in comprehensive and patient-centered care. With seven convenient locations in the growing Miami area, GastroMed is in the center of a desirable location to live and work in South Florida, only miles away from the pristine beaches, top hotels, shopping, dining and entertainment options. GastroMed is equipped with all the experience and technology to manage patient care along the preventative and treatment journey.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat patients with digestive and gastrointestinal issues.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree and Gastroenterology residency training.
• Board certification or eligibility in Gastroenterology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competitive base salary with bonus structure.
• Partnership earning potential of over $1.5 million.
• 3-year partnership track with options to buy into the practice at a competitive multiple of earnings.
• Independent physician-owned practice (no hospital or private equity ownership).
• Multiple ASCs and offices independently owned by the partners.
• No ERCP experience necessary.
• Hospital call 1:5 to 1:6.
• Currently practice has 13 physicians and growing.
