Clinic hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., endoscopy 7:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., with ~24 clinic visits and ~14 procedures per day, plus a 1:14 call rotation and comprehensive in-house ancillaries.

Join a well-established private practice GI group of 4 physicians and 5 APPs, supported by a strong referral base and modern facilities. This position offers a balanced schedule, robust clinical resources, and a clear path to partnership with no required buy-in.

About The Opportunity

• Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Endoscopy hours: 7:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
• Single-site practice: All clinic work based in Chelmsford; no travel between locations
• Office visits: ~24 patients per day
• Procedures: ~14 cases per day
• Well-defined call rotation: 1:14 shared call / inpatient service line at one hospital only
• Ancillaries & Clinical Resources: Comprehensive in-house ancillaries including infusion services, pathology, clinical laboratory, FibroScan, diagnostic ultrasound, breath testing, PillCam, and anorectal & esophageal manometry.
• Clinical research program with opportunities for physician participation

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $500,000 – $550,000 guarantee per year + additional RVU-based incentive structure
• Partnership Compensation - over $750,000
