Endeavor Health seeks Gastroenterologists for two IL locations (Arlington Heights and Naperville). The role involves providing comprehensive GI services in clinic, hospital, and endoscopy lab settings, with a 34 patient-facing hours per week schedule and call rotation.

• MD Medicine required.
• Current DEA and all other required licenses related to the specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physician services to assess, diagnose, plan and treat a wide range of patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
• Work in clinic, hospital (inpatient) and Endoscopy Lab settings.
• Participate in weekday/weekend call rotation.

Reporting to Physician Executive or designee, Gastroenterologist provides comprehensive physician services to assess, diagnose, plan and treat a wide range of patients with health issues/illness or injury within Endeavor Health facilities. Collaborates with inter-disciplinary healthcare team to provide comprehensive clinical coordination of patient care resulting in integrated health care that is timely, high quality, customer focused and utilizes resources effectively to optimize patient outcomes.

There are two open positions, one at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights, IL and a second position in Naperville, IL.

Position(s) Highlights:

• Locations: (1) Arlington Heights, IL (1) Naperville, IL

• Full Time: 1.0 FTE, 34 Patient-facing hours

• Schedule: Monday to Friday along with weekday and weekend call rotation.

• Setting: Mix of Clinic, Hospital (inpatient), and Endoscopy Lab

• Robust PCP & Specialty Care Network

• 24/7 Hospitalist & Intensivist programs with shared EMR- Epic

• Experienced Mid - level support in both the clinic and hospital settings

• 2- year salary guarantee from $319K-$740K. As a valued member of an integrated team, your placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to FTE, prior experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes, and quality performance.
