Job summary

resourcefultalentgroup is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant with Gastroenterology experience to join an outpatient GI practice in New York. This is a fully office-based role with Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. hours, and no hospital call, evenings, weekends, or holiday shifts.

The ideal candidate will have direct GI experience in outpatient settings; hospital GI experience may be considered if there is substantial outpatient GI clinic work. Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physician Assistant in New York State.
• Gastroenterology experience required.
• Outpatient or GI clinic experience preferred.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with gastrointestinal conditions.
• Conduct patient consultations, examinations, and follow-up visits.
• Develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.
• Review laboratory results, imaging, and other diagnostic information.
• Educate patients about their conditions and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
