AccuTrex Products, Inc. is hiring a Gasket Shop Finisher for our daylight shift in Washington, PA. The role focuses on post-machining deburring, cleaning, and packing to meet production standards.

Ideal candidates have manufacturing experience and an eye for precision, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The position requires the ability to lift up to 30 pounds, stand for extended periods, and use hand tools to ensure parts meet quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing/machine shop environment.
• Preferably 1 year of parts finishing experience.
• Ability to work independently and methodically.
• Great attention to detail and safety.
• Solid math skills and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform post-machining deburring, cleaning, and packing of parts.
• Review the part information sheet to determine proper tools.
• Count parts, record quantities and dates, and move parts to the next work center.
• Operate parts cleaning equipment to clean parts between processes.
• Visually inspect parts for machining irregularities and report issues.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
