Job summary

Michels Utility Services, Inc. is seeking a Foreman to lead field teams on natural gas projects in the United States.

You will partner with project management, subcontractors, and vendors to update schedules and plan work activities, ensuring safe and compliant execution. Key responsibilities include coordinating labor, equipment, and material, and guiding crews to follow company policies while acting as a positive role model.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience and/or training.
• A valid driver's license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to work under a union collective bargaining agreement.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project management, project personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to update schedule and plan work activities as necessary.
• Coordinate and schedule assignments of labor, equipment, and material to perform the work as planned.
• Demonstrate strong verbal communication skills and act as a positive role model while following company and customer policies.
