Job summary

New England Utility Constructors Inc. (NEUCO) in Lawrence, MA seeks a Lead Laborer to supervise field crews, assist in planning, and perform general labor on underground gas utility projects.

Qualifications

• Gas utility experience of 2+ years is required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record is required.
• Experience interpreting plans/blueprints is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise crew on daily tasks.
• Submit daily reports on job activities promptly.
• Assist in managing work sequences to meet schedules.
• Adhere to safety and quality procedures.
• Lead crew in Foreman's absence.
• Maintain Operator Qualifications.
• Perform additional leadership tasks as needed.
