Position: Generator Installation (Residential)

Ideal candidates will have electrical or gas experience.

Pay rate: $18-$31 per hour, depending on experience.

We seek a team player with a solid electrical background to install Generac Generators at customers' residences. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company that values its customers and employees.

Starting pay depends on electrical experience, generator installation experience, certifications, and leadership skills.

Pay levels:

• Installation Assistants: $18-$21/hour
• Fast Track to Lead: $21-$23/hour
• Level 1 Lead Installer: $23-$26/hour
• Level 2 Lead Installer: $25-$28/hour
• Level 3 Lead Installer: $27-$31/hour

Job Description

You will meet your assistant at 6:45 am at the warehouse, load the generator, and drive to the customer's residence. A valid driver's license and good driving record are required.

Jobs are typically completed within 8 hours, but some overtime may be necessary depending on job complexity and drive time.

• Use electrical knowledge and technical skills to interpret blueprints and install generators safely and efficiently.
• Lead by example and mentor/train your assistant.
• Complete jobs safely, on time, accurately, and to customer satisfaction.
• Greet customers on site and communicate effectively to ensure satisfaction.
• Attendance and punctuality are crucial.

This is a physical job involving lifting, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, digging trenches, and running wiring, often outdoors and in hot weather.
