Responsibilities

• Communicates and explains Membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective Members to assist with account decisions.
• Builds Membership levels, encourages renewals, communicates credit card program types and application processes, and promotes value of Sam's Club products and services.
• Provides Customer/Member service by acknowledging Customer/Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
• Maintains area of responsibility by cleaning and organizing the gas station and car wash area and ensuring accurate pricing signage.
• Operates cash registers and processes customer purchases using appropriate procedures for different payment types.
• Delivers product and services to Customers in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
