Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Gas Station Attendant to manage opening/closing, assist members with purchases, and ensure safety and cleanliness of the station. You will handle cash, monitor equipment, and maintain accurate records.

The role emphasizes friendly service, adherence to safety standards, and efficient station operations in a fast-paced environment. Must be at least 18, complete training, and be able to lift light to moderate loads.

Qualifications

• Previous gas station operating experience preferred.
• Experience operating a cash register preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must complete all required training.

Responsibilities

• Open and close gas station procedures and monitor equipment.
• Assist members with gas station transactions and payments.
• Maintain restroom and area cleanliness; custodial duties as needed.
• Monitor reports, perform cash drawer procedures and deposits.
• Conduct price surveys and ensure posted prices match POS.
• Follow spill bucket and spill response procedures; report issues.
• Log visitors and ensure proper ID for kiosk access.
