Job summary

Meijer is seeking a Stocking Clerk to ensure shelves are stocked and customers receive exceptional service. You will move products from pallets to shelves, keep back-room areas organized, and maintain a clean store environment.

Overnight shifts help prepare the store for the day ahead and support leadership in meeting goals. Ideal candidates are comfortable with basic technology, work well in a team, and can lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Comfortable learning and using basic technology.

• Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move product from pallets or carts to shelf locations efficiently.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in back-room areas.
• Work closely with leadership to complete areas on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
• Support other tasks as needed.
