Job summary

TotalEnergies Gas & Power North America, Inc. is seeking a Solution Architect to lead end-to-end architecture for gas and power trading applications, spanning in-house systems and vendor solutions.

You will ensure alignment with enterprise standards, regulatory requirements, and scalable design across trading workflows. As a senior advisor, you will guide cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and drive the adoption of global standards while delivering on complex modernization initiatives in

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in energy trading environments.
• Deep expertise in the U.S. power markets and trading workflows.
• Strong IT architecture, systems integration, and project delivery knowledge.
• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver technology solutions for gas and power trading activities.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Develop architectural designs, process flows, and integration models for review.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and governance of architectural decisions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, audit and cybersecurity standards.
• Assist in transition-to-operations and project delivery activities.
