Job summary

Southeast Connections LLC is seeking a Natural Gas Foreman in Wilmington, NC to oversee a construction crew and ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency on site. You will manage field operations, maintain documentation, and coordinate with customers, inspectors, and vendors.

The role emphasizes adherence to local, state, and federal requirements while driving cost-effective, on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of gas installation techniques and standards.
• Three (3) years of field experience as a foreman.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum two (2) years of gas-pipeline construction and replacement experience.
• Strong interpersonal, team-oriented skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises construction crew, rendering hands-on assistance.
• Ability to manage large projects with 5 or more employees on a crew.
• Responsible for daily paperwork: timesheets, as-builts, production reports, traceability docs, and customer pay sheets.
• Train crew members in accordance with safety policies.
• Serve as single point of contact with customers, inspectors, subcontractors and vendors in the field.
• Supervise daily operations per job specs while monitoring safety conditions and issues.
• Monitor crew progress to align with project schedule and cost estimates.
• Oversee all work is compliant with installation standards.
