Job summary

Southeast Connections LLC in Savannah, GA seeks a Natural Gas Foreman to oversee a construction crew on site, ensuring work meets installation and safety standards and aligns with the project schedule.

Responsibilities include supervising five+ crew, training on safety, completing daily paperwork, coordinating with customers and inspectors, and maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal requirements. This role emphasizes cost control, efficiency, and hands-on leadership on the ground.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Proficient knowledge of gas installation techniques and standards.
• Three (3) years of field foreman experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in gas-pipeline construction and replacement.
• Ability to read and draft blueprints (as-builts).

Responsibilities

• Supervises construction crew, rendering hands-on assistance.
• Ability to manage large projects with 5+ employees on a crew.
• Completes required daily paperwork (timesheets, as-builts, service cards, daily production reports, traceability, customer pay sheets).
• Trains crew members in accordance with safety policies.
• Serves as single point of contact with customers, inspectors, subcontractors and vendors in the field.
• Supervise daily operations according to job specs and customer requirements while monitoring site safety.
• Monitors progress to ensure on-time completion in line with schedule and cost.
• Ensures all work is compliant with installation standards.
