Qualifications

• 3 years of field experience as a foreman preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises construction crew, rendering hands-on assistance
• Manage large projects with 5+ employees on a crew
• Complete daily paperwork (timesheets, as-builts, production reports, traceability, pay sheets)
• Train crew members in safety policies
• Serve as main contact with customers, inspectors, subcontractors, and vendors in the field
• Oversee daily operations per specs, monitor safety conditions
• Monitor crew progress to stay on schedule and budget
• Ensure all work complies with installation standards
