Job summary

Team Construction, LLC is seeking a construction laborer to support pipeline and related infrastructure projects in the Kentucky area. The role involves assisting skilled trades, preparing sites, operating heavy equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety standards on busy construction sites.

The job requires hands-on experience with gas installation techniques, the ability to read plans, and a strong teamwork mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; vocational training is strongly desired.
• Hands-on experience with gas installation techniques and standards.
• Efficient at operating heavy equipment (excavators, loaders, etc.).
• Ability to read and understand plans, safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute job deliverables according to customer specifications and contract requirements.
• Ensure all project work is compliant with installation standards and is performed safely and correctly.
• Promote and monitor the safety of team members.
• Prepare sites to optimize construction work procedures.
• Load and unload equipment and materials; restock trucks with supplies.
• Prepare ground trenches and assist in installing pipes and drains.
• Erect temporary structures and place traffic signs as needed.
• Identify utilities and protect dig crews from hazards; communicate with foreman.
