Job summary

The Staff Pad is seeking Skilled Construction Laborers with gas or pipe experience to support field operations on pipeline and infrastructure projects in Mabank, TX. The role involves assisting with excavation, pipe installation, backfill, site maintenance, and material handling in a safety‑driven environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of construction experience, with preference for gas or pipe construction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction experience preferred.
• Previous experience with gas or pipe construction preferred.
• Experience with excavation, pipe installation, backfill, or compaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist with excavation, backfill, and compaction for pipeline construction.
• Assist with pipe installation and related construction activities.
• Move, stack, load, and organize construction materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
• Operate small equipment, including water pumps.
• Perform fire watch duties as required.
• Use a variety of hand tools and construction equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE.
• Perform other construction and labor duties as assigned.
