Job summary

Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. (Con Edison) seeks a data analytics professional to support data governance, quality, and analytics across Gas Operations systems. You will build SQL queries, dashboards, and Python processes to improve data reliability and reporting usability.

The role collaborates with business and technical stakeholders to drive data-driven decision making and contribute to modern data platforms. A strong background in Power BI and Python is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2 years of full-time work in operations/IT/data analytics.
• Experience in data analytics, data governance, or related field with Gas Operations data.
• Strong experience developing dashboards in Power BI and using Python for data transformation.

Responsibilities

• Understand data needs across organizations and support reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries across multiple data sources.
• Create dashboards and data extracts to support decision making.
• Build Python-based data processing pipelines for automation and validation.
• Help implement data governance and data quality initiatives.
